Shipping & Returns



All in-store purchases can be returned for store credit only.

For online purchases: You must have an account on our site, and you must request return authorization in order to make a return. If you have not created an account, please go to the Account page.

We accept merchandise for return within seven days for a direct refund. Items returned within 14 days are eligible for a refund in store credit, in the form of an online gift code toward a future purchase on our website. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days. No exceptions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. The original sales receipt (packing slip) must be included with the return, and you must use an authorized return label. 



All returnable items must be postmarked within seven days of your delivery date (package arrival) in order to receive a refund, and within 14 days in order to receive store credit. Refunds will not be processed if the return is postmarked more than 14 days after your delivery date.



To process a return, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, in its original (new) condition, with all tags attached. It must be make-up-free and stain-free, as well as smoke, deodorant and perfume-free. No returns on accessories, sale items, final sale merchandise, intimate apparel or special-order items. Altered merchandise may not be returned. Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the original shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on.  Any signs of wear to the shoe will make them ineligible for return. No exceptions.

Items damaged during shipping to you will be replaced with the same item, or store credit if the item is no longer available.



• Request a return by emailing us at with your order number and a list of items you would like to return.
• We will then email a pre-paid return shipping label. Please DO NOT ship your item to us without a return label!
• Place merchandise in the original package along with the receipt (packing slip).
• Make sure the package is closed securely.
• Remove or fully cover the original shipping label; place new return shipping label on the package.
• Drop off the package at the nearest USPS location (see return label for details).



For online, purchases, once we have received your returnable item(s), we will issue a refund (if the item is returned within seven days) or store credit in the form of a digital gift code (if the item is received within 14 days).

Refunds will be issued for the price of the item(s), less a $5 restocking fee per item, and the cost of return shipping.



When will my order ship:

All orders ship within 1-3 business days of your order date via USPS will pick up our shipments. We try our best to ship out orders by next day at 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.


All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  Once the package is on the truck, there is  a 2-4 day estimated arrival time. However, orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed four days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or Holidays.
