RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you need to make a return, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines:

In-Store Purchases

  • All in-store purchases are eligible for store credit only.
  • No refunds are available for in-store purchases.

Online Purchases

  • You must have an account on our website to initiate a return. If you have not created an account, please go to the Account page.
  • Please request a return authorization before sending items back.
  • Timeline for Returns:
    • Items must be postmarked for return within 7 days of your delivery date for a refund to your original payment method.
    • Items must be postmarked for return within 8-14 days are eligible for store credit, in the form of an online gift code.
    • No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed after we receive your returnable items.
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift code for future purchases on our website.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • You can use your own shipping method or request a pre-paid return label from us. If you use our label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • The original sales receipt (packing slip) must be included with the return, and items must be shipped using an authorized return label.
  • Returns must be postmarked within the specified timeline to qualify for refunds or store credit.

Merchandise Eligibility

  • To process a return, merchandise must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In its original (new) condition with all tags attached
    • Free of makeup, stains, perfume, deodorant, and smoke odors
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Sale items
    • Accessories
    • Final sale merchandise
    • Intimate apparel
    • Special-order items
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, which should be placed inside another box to prevent damage.

Damaged Items

  • Items damaged during shipping to you will be replaced with the same item or store credit if the item is no longer available.

Return Instructions

  1. Email us at returns@alysarene.com with your order number and a list of items you wish to return.
  2. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label (optional) or you can use your own shipping method.
  3. Pack the merchandise in the original package with the receipt (packing slip).
  4. Remove or cover the original shipping label, then place the new return shipping label on the package.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.

Refunds

  • For online purchases, once we receive your returnable item(s), we will issue a refund (if the return is postmarked within 7 days) or store credit (if the return is postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date).
  • Refunds will be issued for the price of the item(s), less the cost of return shipping (if applicable).
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days from the date the return is processed.
